What is a thought, thinking and how they are labelled as positive and negative which has a core effect on manifestation process.

A thought of which human beings think regarding an idea, judgment, logic, opinion, reasoning, understanding etc which originates in our mind.
An average person has over 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts in a day.
- Most of these thoughts are repetitive
- Present Day Task
- Past Memories
- Future Needs
Effects of Thoughts:
These thoughts come in our mind and go, but these are not real, most of the times we assume regarding a situation in our life that this can happen in one way or the other way.
Something suddenly happens in our life and our mind start thinking about it.
- It starts reasoning about the thought originates.
- Sometimes it tries to understand logic behind the situation.
- It tries to judge the Situation as per his/her understanding.
- It also creates a virtual opinion about the situation which it is thinking and tries to come to conclusion.
- If the situation is serious, it starts looking for a solution to resolve it.
- As we think longer time feelings of emotion we experience in our Body.

Thinking:
These thoughts being continuous in our mind is called Thinking.
The continuous thinking can be Positive or Negative thinking.
The thoughts we remember depend on the situation. And situation defines our mood. If situation is happy then we are in good mood, we tend to remember happy thoughts and likewise, when we face challenging or tough situation, we are little bit unhappy mood and we tend remember the more fearful and negative ones.
Sometimes we resolve minor situation quickly and effectively. For example, we need resources or money to resolve a situation and our mind gives us quick idea from where we arrange it. Now try to understand this is due to effective and constructive thinking of your mind where the situation is real.
But most of these thoughts which comes in our mind does not have actual situation means circle of thoughts which we think that has never happened in our life. Sometimes unconsciously we tend to remember our past and its experience and we link that in our present situation. We fear some fearful might happen with us.

Conclusion:
Do remember our mind is champion to play our past painful or less desirable outcomes. Occasionally we visualize previous good things that has happened to us and cherish it. All this is happing unconsciously, means we sit ideal and rewinding this in our head and outcome is less motivated, feel bad about ourself and doubt us. In this process dreams and desires are completed dead.
Here is the catch, we need do exactly opposite. Earlier we were unconsciously doing all this means unknowingly about it. We should be conscious every second in our life. We need to observe the thoughts which enter our mind, be the gatekeeper and discard unwanted thoughts. We need to be attentive. Instead, consciously we should allow all happy and positive thoughts only.
Having said that we should entertain only positive thoughts, but from our birth we have left our mind free and had no control over it. Because no one taught us how to control our mind which at present our mind is controlling us. Now this will be real test to shift from unconscious thinking to conscious thinking which is linked to negative and positive thinking.
As we know manifestation is continuous process, every moment manifestation happens and if our thought process is not in order, we tend to manifest less desirable or more negative and painful experiences.
So understanding what is Positive Thinking and Negative Thinking and how it is linked to conscious and unconscious thinking.
