Gratitude is an inner feeling of grateful or feeling of appreciation for each and every aspect of life. It is a positive feeling and we express through our Actions, Speech and Expressions.

 

When we experience gratitude, you feel grateful for something or someone in your life and respond with feelings of kind-heartedness, warmness, and other forms of compassion.

 

When we feel grateful for someone who has done good to us or provided services, we express through Speech word “THANK YOU”, Expression “Smile” or Action “Token of Appreciation”.

 

When we are grateful, we vibrate in a higher frequency where you feel peace within yourself, which in turn attracts love happiness abundance, health, wealth, peace of mind. Lower the frequency we attract all negative energies angry, anxiety worry, fear.

 

There is a famous saying from Book “The Magic by Ronda Bryne” – “Whoever has gratitude will be given more, and he or she will have abundance. Whoever does not have gratitude, even what he or she has will be taken away”

Gratitude is a gateway to manifest your dreams and goals:

Gratitude can magically turn your relationships into joyful and meaningful relationships, no matter what state they are in now. Gratitude can miraculously make you more prosperous so that you have the money you need to do things to do in life. It will increase your health and bring a level of happiness beyond what you’ve ever felt before. Gratitude will work its magic to accelerate your career, increase success and bring about your dream job or whatever you want to do. In fact, whatever it is that you want to be, do or have, gratitude is the way to receive it.   The magical powers turn of life into gold.

 

As you practice gratitude, you will understand why particular things in life have gone wrong and certain things are missing in life. As you make gratitude a way of life you will wake of each morning so excited to be alive. You will find yourself completely love with yourself. Everything will seem effortless. You will feel as light as feather and happier than you have ever felt before. While challenges may come you will know how to overcome them and learn from them. Every day will be magical, everyday will be filled with far more magic.

 

It is simple fact “when you are not grateful you cannot receive more in return. You’ve stopped the magic from continuing in your life. When you’re not grateful you stop the flow of better health, better relationships, more joy, more money and the advancement if your job, career or business. To receive you have to give more. It is the law. Gratitude is giving thanks, and without it you cut yourself off from the magic and from receiving everything you want in life.

 

Bottom line for ungratefulness is that when we’re not grateful, we’re taking things for granted. When we take things for granted, we’re unintentionally taking from ourself. “Whoever does not have gratitude even what he or she has will be taken from him and her.” It is the universal law.

Most certainly you have been grateful at various times in your life, but to see the magic and cause a radical change to your current circumstances, you have to practise gratitude and make it your new way of life.

The Magic words:

Bringing forth the magic from gratitude works in the same way, and first you must say the magic words: THANK YOU.  To live in gratitude, to experience the magic in your life, thank you must become the two words deliberately say and feel more than any other words. They need to become your identity. Thak you the bridge from where you’re now, to the life of your dreams.

 

Deliberately think and say the magic word thank you. The more you deliberately think and say the magic words, thank you, the more gratitude you feel. The more gratitude you deliberately think and feel the more abundance you receive.

 

Gratitude is a feeling. So, the ultimate aim in practicing gratitude is to deliberately feel it as much as you can, because the force of the feeling that accelerates the magic in life. That means if you increase your feeling of gratitude, the results in your life will expand to be equal to your feeling! Universal Law states:

  • “Like attracts like”.
  • “If your Grateful, you will attract more instances to be grateful in life”.
  • “Whatever goes around comes around”.
  • “You get what you give”.
  • “Whatever goes around comes around”.
  • “Every action has equal and opposite reaction”.

Generally, gratitude is observed through Experiences and Consciousness:

  • Whenever long pending work is accomplished.
  • When someone appreciates us.
  • When we do some extraordinary work, when we did not have full control on it, through luck or blessings.
  • Being consciousness of every aspect of life which we have on every day.

Types of Gratitude:

Regular habit: Being in gratitude in daily life. For some beings it comes naturally to be grateful.

Mood: Yet times we are more grateful, when we accomplish any task or gaols.

Feelings: Happy feelings when we see our loved ones, pets. etc

Different Gratitude practices:

  • Give thanks: Gratitude is all about recognizing and appreciating those people, things, moments, skills, or gifts that bring joy, peace, or comfort into our lives.
  • Rituals: Through Prayer, Mediation or through daily grateful Affirmation.
  • Gratitude Journal: Writing journal daily for grateful things in life.

How to Practice effectively Gratitude through Journal and how it helps us to Change our old Beliefs:

  • Gratitude Journal: Things which you are grateful for and which you have in your life at present, no matter how is your current life situation. You should be grateful for many things in your life and cannot take them for granted.

  For Example:

  • Your work and career which pays you salary even though if it not your dream Job, still you will have to be grateful.
  • Your Relationship, Family, friends which you cannot ignore even though if you have challenges.
  • Your health and body which helps you to get going in your life.
  • Wealth and Money
  • Material Things.
  • You also be grateful for what went best in day-to-day experiences or accomplishment.
  • Write down 10 new things you’re grateful about daily for 66 days. At the end it will be 660 things.
  • You will see yourself in a powerful situation, i.e. (you can get a new opportunity, & you will get the people who left you or new one, etc.,) in terms of people, experience, and knowledge to make you realize that something is changing, frequency is changing and you will see that your environment will begin to flourish.
  • Old mental patterns and beliefs changes and create a new neural pattern, it will take average automaticity of 66 days. (By DR. Yogendra Singh Rathore – Neuro-Linguistic Program)
  • First 22 days, the old pattern will destroy. (Some people will give up in the initial 22 days as it will be painful.)
  • Next 22 days, the new pattern will install. (Some will give up in the next 22 days as they will start feeling comfortable.)
  • Next 22 days, the new pattern will be integrated and automated. (People who succeed and transform are the ones who complete the 66 days.)
